On Wednesday, I was changing Lia's pants. Before I go on, you must understand that the changing table is Lia's "happy place". There's no place she likes better. She smiles and talks up a storm while getting her pants changed. Anyway, she all of a sudden yells, "HI!". I looked at her, laughed, told her she was the cutest ever, and went on with my day.
Tonight, I had just finished changing her pants and was putting on her jammies, when she looked right at me and yelled, "HI!".
So, you see, it's not a fluke. My kid is the brilliantest! She's not even 3 months old and has uttered her first word...twice!
